All dogs have different personalities, likes and dislikes. Some dogs may be unpredictable around children and adults, or may not like other dogs running up to them. Some dogs may be friendly, but are avoided based on their breed. The Traffic Light System is designed to help prevent accidents from happening by providing a clear signal about the dog from a distance.
